The hotel is located in the center of the city and is proud to offer you nine beautifully furnished twin/double rooms, all of which feature TV-sets with a wide selection of cable channels, code-locking safes and free Wi-Fi and phone calls within the city.
Blow-dryers, ironing utensils and additional beds are available from our staff upon request. Also included in the price of your accommodation is 24-hour access to a dining room with a kitchen and a continental breakfast for those who are in a hurry.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATER CHECK-OUT:
Check in from 00:00 till 13:00 p.m.: you need to pay extra 50% of the room rate.
Check out after 11:00 p.m till 23:00 p.m: you need to pay extra 50% of the room rate.
Late check-out is possible only in case of availability of free / unreserved rooms.
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations are accepted ONLY in writing by .
CANCELLATION TERMS:
For cancellation received before and on October 5, 2018 the sum of the payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs).
If cancellation is done later or “no show”, the cost of the whole period of your stay will be deducted.
REFUNDS:
All the refunds will be done within 2 weeks after the conference.
PLEASE NOTE:
According to Russian legislation all people with citizenship other than Russian are required to be registered with local immigration
authorities everywhere they may across the Russian Federation. Please be informed that registration service fee must be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival.
