HOW TO PAY

NOTICE:
• Payment for the registration fee, hotel accommodation and visa support should be made via your personal online registration page (https://r.onlinereg.ru/?t_conf=460&locale=en)
• We regret but we do not accept private and company checks or Euro cheque.
• All bank fees are covered by the participant

TYPES OF THE PAYMENT

  1. Bank transfer (EUR)
    · Please login to your personal page (https://r.onlinereg.ru/?t_conf=460&locale=en) using your login and password
    · Next, choose section “Order and payments”
    · Place a check mark next to each order which you will pay
    · Then press a button “Bank transfer (EUR)”
    · After that the invoice for the total amount for chosen services will be create automatically
    · Please, print out the invoice and instruct your bank or account department to remit the money
    Notes: do not make any corrections in the invoice and all bank fees are covered by the participant
  2. Agreement of payment
    · Please login to your personal page (https://r.onlinereg.ru/?t_conf=460&locale=en) using your login and password
    · Next, choose section “Order and payments”
    · Place a check mark next to each order which you will pay
    · Then press a button “Agreement of payment”
    · Agreement of payment form will be create automatically by our system
    · Please, print it, fill it, sign and send it back to the Conference Service Agency secure fax number +7 (812) 335 20 39 or mail address polymer-young2019@onlinereg.ru
    · Upon receival of your Agreement of payment the Conference Service Agency will charge the stated amount from the indicated credit card and send the confirmation of payment to the participant
    Note: that we are accept payments by bank cards Visa and MasterCard
  3. Internet payment
    · Please login to your personal page (https://r.onlinereg.ru/?t_conf=460&locale=en) using your login and password
    · Next, choose section “Order and payments”
    · Place a check mark next to each order which you will pay
    · Press a button “Internet payment”
    · After that You will be redirect to the payment system site ASSISTTM using a secure SSL-connection
    · Fill in the required fields
    · Please pay attention that only Visa Classic and MasterCard are accepted for the Internet payment
